Amanunte interesante despre executia lui Bin Laden

- nu traia in pestera, ci intr-o casa imensa construita in 2006 (!)

  1. Incorrect:

Pakistan was not even told about it. (at very least, they rightly fear leaks)

The lead came by tracking a personal courier, which in turn became known as result of capture of interrogation of high level detainee at Gitmo.

The helicopter that brought in the Navy SEALs team stalled on landing, the team went it without knowing if they have a ride back home.

Good day for freedom, but heavy on symbolism rather than substance; it matters when you cut the head, but you got there by thousands blows, every day, to the spine and body and limbs.

  2. ... in fapt, Gitmo si ROMANICA!!!

Current and former U.S. officials say that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, provided the nom de guerre of one of bin Laden's most trusted aides. The CIA got similar information from Mohammed's successor, Abu Faraj al-Libi. Both were subjected to harsh interrogation tactics inside CIA prisons in Poland and Romania.
